faulty air conditioning missing coffee
The reception staff seemed helpful enough so that was something I guess
The air conditioning barely worked I asked about it twice nothing changed it was like sleeping in a sauna Then at breakfast one morning no coffee or tea was available I am still trying to figure out what to do with that information

friendly staff good selection warm hospitality
The staff was indeed very friendly and helpful. i asked for a slightly later checkout. They immediately did their best to accommodate since it was possible. breakfast included a good selection and warm hospitality from everyone, which i enjoyed.
the room was a bit on the smaller side, i must say.

the location was GREAT close to everything. the daily room cleaning was very thorough. the breakfast offered an excellent choice of pastries breads and fruit I WAS so happy.
